The mission of the Sanctuary Choir is to support Central Church, the community and one another in worship, teaching, and fellowship perfecting our talents and choral art through our service, as an offering to God our Creator.

Staff and Facilities

The Music Ministry of Central United Methodist Church is unusually blessed with gifted, well-qualified staff. Our director-teachers have undergraduate or graduate degrees in Music Education, Music Performance, or Education with Music Emphasis.

Expectations

The expectations of every choir member, child or adult, are the same. The degree of talent is not important; however, the level of commitment is crucial. Once you have made a commitment to serve by becoming a choir member, that decision becomes a sacred covenant with God and with fellow singers or ringers. We are dedicated to providing every resource to help make that commitment one of joy, growth, and gratification. Come, join our song!
