Central Connections

     The evening begins with a low-cost, delicious meal from 5:15 - 6:00 p.m. Then at 6:00p.m. our Praise Band begins to play. Together we sing songs, and praise God. The words to the songs are on a giant screen, the tunes are easy, and even if you don't know the music you will soon catch on. We have a short meditation or witness by one of our pastor, members, or a guest speaker. Sometimes we do a video series! In the past we have used the Andy Griffith television series and Disney movies as starting points for our messages. You never know just what will be happening. After the meditation, we sing some more, share our joys and concerns, and part with a blessing.

      Central Connections is about making connections - with God and with each other. It provides a GREAT way to enter the Central UMC fellowship. A casual, relaxed atmosphere with open fellowship is what you find on Wednesday evening. We meet in Kendall Hall. If you park in the east parking lot, (the one on Palm Lane) you will easily be able to follow the crowd, and noise, to Central Connections - Your Wednesday Evening Worship Experience.
