Church camping stands in a special place for children, youth and adults in the ministries of the church.  It provides the opportunity for Christian experiences in a setting that places it apart from the everyday world, bringing campers in touch with their natural environment.  God's role in their lives is made real to them and enriches their relationship with others.  The opportunities for group living, hiking and outdoor lore allow the campers to experience the Lord's beauty and power as in no other area of their lives.
