Godly Play – Ages 3 years old through 3rd grade

Welcome to Godly Play a creative, child-honoring way to learn our sacred stories, parables, liturgical actions, and silence through Wondering, the children receive an invitation to come “Play with God.”

11:20 am Sundays in the Atrium - Rainbow Flag
After the Children's Moments in the Traditional Worship Service we move the children move to the Atrium for Kids Own Worship.
Welcome to Kids Own Worship, put out by Group Publishing is a children's worship service where children have a time of praising God through song. By watching a puppet play and experiencing a Bible lesson, they grow in their relationship to God through Jesus Christ, His Son.

Tweens - 4th through 6th grade
10:00 am Sundays in Room 204 - Blue Flag
Our 4th to 6th graders are very active in learning more about how to use their Bibles and preparing for Confirmation Class later on. This is Bible 101 and starting to learn the creeds and prayers of the church. Join us on Sundays. We would love to have you!

Children in Church
Our children join us in the 11:00 am Traditional Service in the Sanctuary. This is the time in the Traditional Worship Service that the Children have a special time in worship for Children’s moments. Children 3 years old through 3rd grade who are with parents in the Worship Service will be dismissed during the indicated interlude will be taken by their teachers/leaders to the Atrium for Godly Play. Children 4th through 6th grade please return to your parents and worship together. Amharic children, 4th through 6th grade will meet their teacher in Womack Center hallway to go to room 105. On the first Sunday of every month the children come back into worship in time for Holy Communion as a group.
